David is a Board Member of the Australia China Business Council NSW, was a finalist in the Business Entrepreneurial and Business Innovation categories for the Austcham Australia China Business Awards 2007 and, in 2009, he was presented with the prestigious Australian Thought Leaders Expert of the Year Award.

As a co-founder and Director of the BRIC+ Program, David works with the investment community to better understand, engage with and ultimately experience each of the BRIC countries and other global emerging markets.

Established in 2005, the BRIC+ Program is a continuing professional development service providing exclusive insights into global emerging markets, including the BRIC countries. It delivers independent educational activities designed for researchers, analysts, investment committee members and trustees from super funds, asset consultants, research houses, platforms and dealer groups, to enhance their understanding, knowledge and experience of global emerging markets.
